MVP is leading on several exciting initiatives, working with our industry partners and other social enterprises to help develop skills and find career opportunities for young creatives.

Social Media Careers

The project aim is to positively impact the wellbeing and emotional resilience of the young people involved in the project. Learners will understand the benefits of volunteering as an unpaid activity where someone gives their time to help a not-for-profit organisation.

Go Live

The Go Live project will engage with up to 60 young people aged 11 – 16 in singing/ songwriting and music production workshops, with the aim of creating 4 original songs that are mixed and mastered by a professional from the music industry.

Break Bread and Build

The Break Bread and Build project is an early intervention mentoring project aimed at young people aged 12 to 16. The sessions are designed to help our young people navigate through these difficult times, gain a fresh new perspective, build their confidence and plan their future.

Kickstart Scheme

Calling all 16-25 years olds. If you are motivated and eager to get on, why not apply for a six-month Kickstart work placement and earn up to £8.20 per hour for 25 hours a week.

Artist Development

MVP Media sources gifted and talented young musicians and creatives through its workshops and pushes their development in industry standard songwriting camps.

KickStart Scheme

If you are aged 16-24, motivated and eager to progress, why not apply for a six-month Kickstart work placement and earn up to £8.20 p/h for 25 hours a week. As well as gaining great experience and being paid, you will receive essential business and employment skills training.

To apply you must be on universal credit. MVP have plenty of career opportunities to choose from including positions in the creative sector, digital marketing and management.

If you are a local council, educational provider or other organisation and would like to work with MVP please let us know. We can offer one of our already successful workshop programs or tailer something specific to suit.

Having supported over 1300 learners across London since 2014, MVP will be able to provide the equipment and staff needed to deliver an exciting and educational experience for young creatives.
